LGW agreed to it. We at LHR did not.
As someone not directly involved I may be wrong, but the impression I have received from this thread is that BASSA imposed the lower manning levels on LGW crew!

Moving back to a few pages ago, you said:

I can only see BA keeping you on permanent standby if they managed to recruit for New Fleet at a rate of pay less than your trip-based allowances.

There also sems to be an inconsistency between your picture of losts of people on standby and your claim to be working much more than your contracted hours.
