If it was reported by using the function to send it from the chest (quarantine) you would generally not get a reply.
Re-scan the file from the chest from time to time, following VPS updating, and see if it still scans as infected.
If it was reported on the forum somebody would normally reply.
Avast are usually pretty fast at correcting reported FP's.
