ATPL - CAA UK licences

Hello guys,

My name is Enzo Berto and I'm living in France.

I'll quickly explain my situation in order to get your answer.
I did my FAA PPL (ICAO) in USA, I have a french ATPL theory (did with Bristol but via a french school called EPAG so it's a french ATPL) and now, I would like to do my CPL (probably in a JAA school in USA), IR and MCC in UK.

Is it possible to do it in UK ? If yes, what should I need to do ?

Maybe by filling that form ? http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/SRG1118FF.pdf (or it is only to transfer my FAA PPL in JAA ?)

Three more questions:
- In my FAA PPL, I've done night hours which are already included on the FAA PPL and I meet JAA night qualification requirements.
My question is: Do I need to do my night qualification JAA or that one on my FAA PPL is fine ?
I know that in a FAA PPL, the term "Night Qualification" doesn't exist but I'm wondering how to make it recognize by CAA UK or an other European CAA.
Maybe by filling this CAA UK form ? http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/SRG1126FF.pdf

I have English proficiency level 4 ICAO. Do I need RT and/or FRTOL exams in UK ?

I did my class 1 medical licence in France. Will it be ok in UK ?

Thank you very much.

Enzo.
