it could be a good arrangement for both airlines if EI can survive the unions throwing their toys out of the pram. Just a thought.
My understanding is a deal with the pilot union was agreed weeks ago, with no objections whatsoever may I add. I believe Aer Arann will operate some flights into the marginal UK airports unfit or unsuitable for an Airbus. It will operated similar to the operation Loganair had with British Airways in times gone by or like the current arrangement with Cityjet and Air France ie Aer Lingus operated by Aer Arann. It's just a case now of when it's offically being announced.
