I hear the Chief Pilot / Head of Check & Training is really good to deal with.
Seems the J41 crew don't get worked very hard (at least the Canberra crew don't). Last time I was talking with them, the pay was above the award for both Captain's (around the 65-70k mark) & F/O's (around 45-50k).
