SMOC, maybe you (and others) are confusing this with
"Climb Straight Ahead", which is defined (UK) in both
CAP413 and
CAP493 as having the following meaning ...
Straight Ahead When used in departure clearances means: 'track extended runway centreline'. When given in Missed Approach Procedures means: 'continue on Final Approach Track'.
