I agree the FOM states all this wonderful things what we may and may not do. The issue here is that this so called captain is an idiot to report things like that. If it was a flightsafety issue that affects the safety of the aircraft that he's in charge of, another story. If you want to report people about things like that, go join the police force. But fortunately my view in life, and it proves itself every day,
