LGW is not on the same contract as LHR and at the moment from what I have read, BA is trying to end the transfers that had been in the agreement. in 1992, EuroGatwick was formed as a subsidiary of BA, and crews would have to put in 5 years before they could transfer over to mainline, and at that time they could only go to Eurofleet. The single fleet now of LGW I believe was formed in 2002, when mainline LGW WW crews were forced over to LHR WW. The LGW crews make far less than their mainline counterparts at LHR.
