Well shouldn't we all get along. We all love travelling around Australia and the world, and we are all talking careers that no-one is doing "just for a job". Let's not forget though. The people down the back (Loadmasters with what I fly) do an important job. And if an aircraft crashes, and 100 people die instead of no-one because the back ender's made a mistake, the entire crew is branded with having killed 100 people!!! As a front ender you can do your best and crash visually ahead. But if the back enders were not there, do you think Grandma Mary is going to get out of the burning wreck??
