Hiring now dependent on who you are, where you come from and who you know .... the tasking can be difficult and the job can be demanding ... especially in summer.
Those without good IFR ,CRM
AND slinging skills will (probably) not get a look in.
You WILL need English to Level 4 or better as assessed by UAE approved assessor (more than likely a native English speaker) because of problems in the past. Those fluent in Canadian English get a xtra employment points
Tours probably 6/6 with workovers if you have duty hours left or there is a dire need (and there IS!).
