When you are discussing job in the end of your line training you have to separate between a contract during the high season and a one year contract.

You have to be without safety pilot before 70 hours in order to continue the training and then after line training (100 hours) have a chance for a 6 months contract. But to get a one year contract after this you have to either be married to a Turkish girl or they really like you, less than 5% chance. Since they know most expat pilots leave after a while they just use this pilots during the high season, don't expect to get more than 500-600 hours on type in the company. It's not like the RyanAir scheme.

Rumours say you now have to pay 1500€ for the interview.

I heard from pilots now flying for them that the environment during training and contract period is not friendly any more, and can be very bad. I think this might have to do with some training captains are getting really tired of this constant horde of new pilots several times a year. It's a factory.

There is already a long thread about pegasus if you do a search.
