Well it is supposed to be a type rating and line training course! You are not supposed to really know how to fully fly the aircraft. The scheme is aimed at the fresh CPL/IR/MCC graduate, though you are supposed to know the basic principles of flying the B737, so please do get a sim session with an instructor before you go.

DME11.2:
The scheme consists of ground school (including first aid and emergency certificate) then 40 hours simulator flight hours shared between you and a partner, this includes a flight test for the type rating and one 4 hour session for the differences training on the B737-400. Then you do the base training, after that you get 100 hours line training both on the B737-800 and sometimes on the B737-400, you maybe based in istanbul but this may also change dependant on where they need pilots during your training. Training is all completed in istanbul. No salary during training or line training. Price may have changed, but was something in the region of 24-26k euros the last time I heard about it, though that was sometime ago...

Hope all helps.
