Ditch the underperforming ex BMed routes ( if they were that good BA would have kept them)
They weren't BAs to keep. They were BMED flights that were operated under a BA franchise agreement. bmi then bought BMED after BA didn't want to buy BMED and operate the flights with their own higher cost base.
