What's going to change in the next few years, let alone next year, that's going to achieve bmi profitability at LHR?
Well some focus would help.
If they want to play airlines perhaps they should put the 321s at EMA in charter fit and use them solely for bucket and spade flights: a small PE cabin and bulk Y.
Keep the 320s and 319s at LHR and provide a proper service: not no frills, but meals, drinks, proper C Class seats and service even with drinks and snacks / meals in Y.
Ditch the underperforming ex BMed routes ( if they were that good BA would have kept them) and keep the 330s.
Operate the 330s from LHR to the Caribbean and US holiday type destinations and feed those services from the SH routes.
