Overseas rating plan on about $20k usd
Big problem doing them over seas if getting CASA to put the rating on your licence! Doing the rating in a ICAO country seems to be a heap easier. Also check Casa recognises the Sim that you are doing the training on. Some sims in the US CASA wont accept the time on.
