Local aviation journalist Mr Ho Fai Jai writes.....Its seems luck has run out for these guys operating illegal charters out of Hong Kong. They are doing charters out of HK totally illegally,offering charter flights to from and from HK, and even have 2 aircraft based there and have crew based in HK with no work permits. HK government has been informed and immigration is investigating to.
