I have heard similar stories to what Yak 55 said although I don't have first hand experience on Europilot myself.
There are other great FTOs in the country giving first class training and in English.
A couple I have visit and can recommend by what I have seen are DSA, Aeroklub Zbraslavice and Fly for Fun. Also have heard good things about F-Air and Bemo Air although I haven't been to their schools.
