5 x €120k = €600k Gross Profit
Overhead = €2.4 million a year (as per their accounts) assuming no more staff are needed when they actually have a business, plus whatever the AOC holder charges them.
Nett loss from 5 aircraft = €1.8 million
Then take off depreciation = ???????????
