His posts use irony in an attempt to wake pilots up to the implications of working for a large corporation. He may stretch things a little and repeat himself occasionally but his posts expose the reality that in large airlines, pilots are just revenue-generating carbon-based units; not 'team members', 'valued employees' or 'highly qualified professionals'.
To quote a past CX CEO, management will push and push and push until they feel resistance. The Management is trying to wake us up to that fact.
