Without knowing particular for WizzAir, I would say the answer is a resounding NO.
You do not have the right to fly commercially in the EU without a JAA license. It may be possible to get a validation for 1 year, but why in the world would WizzAir want to hire someone with a temporary validation, when there are a boatload of qualified pilots looking for work.
You want to work for WizzAir then you have to sit the JAA exams, depending on your experience.
