Second: In Europe, in a charter company, the CPT, acting like this one, would have been vaporized immediately from his company.
Reasons?
1) No Security and/or Safety issues.
2) No CRM managed from the CPT toward his crew.
3) Costs of a divertion not needed.
4) Poor customer satisfaction management.
5) Poor decision making.
6) Leadership lost for free.
