Not any German influence here .
Some French prototypes were then ahead ,but the industry was not so good as it should be ...
(In 1939 the first Leduc was being built !!)

This design was the very last design of the firm ,but his assets were taken by a well known firm : transport sailplane ,jet-trainer etc ...
