New Era at bmi
On the 1st December a new era starts at bmi. The man responsible for driving the company to the wall over the last five years will be replaced. The only sad thing is that he will remain as deputy chairman and not be frog marched out of toad hall. A man who stole money from my bank account last January. Thanks to incredibly poor management we have over 400 pilots actually out flying with letters telling them they might be made redundant. This gives a whole new meaning to focused flight deck. To cap it all we get a letter from the CP reminding us to be careful out there as there is always a chance that the uncertainty (they have been mostly responsible for) might lead to unwanted distractions on line. If you read these threads you might be forgiven for thinking that bmi management can't be as bad as they are portrayed here - they are far far worse. I am looking forward to the day when everyone in management above the level of fleet manager talks German as a first language and this comnpany can finally move on and grow.
