Another very good challeng LM; well done in weeding out the Daru!
I think that the mast supports a pitot-head out of the propwash, as there doesn't seem to be one on the wings, and that sablatnic is correct in saying "the thing between it's legs" is a Lamblin radiator, the so-called "Lobsterpot" type I believe.
As for your current challenge; I don't think that it's a very large plane, the proportions of the props and pitot-tube, combined with the large root fairing to the trailing edges of the fairly slender wings make me think it's quite a small, fast "mailplane", or some defunct project to compete in the various air races in the twenties and thirties, something by De Schelde maybe?
Anyway, time has run out for my efforts and I expect it'll be long gone when I come back on Monday, so good luck to the evening and nightshift!!
Curses; right up the wrong tree! I like the look of Mel's not so wild guess!
