It's very sad, but it's JR again without all the
PR. I really question the notion of 're-inventing' private aviation. The best market in the world to do this is the US, with Europe 2nd. Santulli achieved it with NetJets, at least for the first 25 years, but no one else has since: DayJet, Pogo, SATS, JR, BBD/Skyjet - all never achieved it with the market largely in their favour. JB's strapline was "changing the world of business jet travel forever". They didn't get to the starting post, little alone forever.
So long as the owners subsidise business jet travel, no one can reinvent it, at a significantly lower cost, irrespective of the scale of their offering, and the cleverness of their marketing and
PR agency.
