Griv, its not the DEFO "thing" its the way the company has hired them over upgrading the current, more senior SOs, most of whom came to CX with jet time and then attempting to sidestep their contractual obligations with regard to bypass pay
. They have rather weakly tried to say it was for expansion, not because they were cheaper to hire....
Not to mention looking down the barrel of 4+ years as an SO, seeing guys with less time than oneself, upto 2 years less senior sitting in the RHS and
ing it up....and now we see they are getting more training sectors.....what a can of worms
