I used to.
Even when I left, 4 years ago, certain clever people were talking about how the smart money was working hard in Dubai but how the
really smart money was sitting waiting in Abu Dhabi, ready for the time that the profligate, corrupt and utterly self-serving 'Vision' hit the buffers.
I think that time has now arrived.
