From an objective point of view, there is going to be one major airport for Belfast. If the runway gets the go-ahead, the planning cap will be lifted, then all BHD needs to do is get rid of BE and then EZY/FR/BD/WW/CO can all operate out of there. BE use small aircraft and will be a nusiance to BHD as they will eat up the maximum flights permitted. Most of EZY flights and all of WW flights will work with the curfew. Of course at some point FR will probably shift up to BFS. So BFS will be like PWK probably with one or two charter based units and LS/EI.
