The airport is operated by West Midlands international airport ltd
They have failed to file their 2008 accounts by the 31 October deadline. This happen the year before when they were almost struck off as a limit company this april for failing to file for 2007. When fileing accounts the directors and accountants have to decide if it can be considered a going concern. They cannot do this if they do not have a creditable way to keep trading solvently. I expect they have till April 2010 to find a buyer.
