EASA examiners question

Attended a talk where someone from the CAA was a speaker.

I understand when EASA is fully implemented it will mean many changes for examiners. For example they can examine freely in any of the other members states.

Will the new changes also affect things such as the initial IR test in the UK that is examined by a CAA staff member? Is this what other member states also do or when EASA is implemented this will also change allowing for example other member state examiners to come to the UK and examine a initial IR test?

I am quite curious out of interest and it would also be interesting to see if examiner charges differ.
