"The board of LUAP (formerly Folksam International) has handed in an application for liquidation to the Court of Stockholm. The liquidity of the company will be non-existent around August 2002 and the company has no possibility to fulfil its commitments.

.......... The liquidity will be non-existent in August 2002 with the present development and thereafter the company is not able to fulfil its commitments to its policy-holders."
