The US Patent 4589611 - Air jet reaction contrarotating rotor gyrodyne?? Is that what is referred to as a Monte-copter? Logic would say that it is the Monte-copter 14, or if he missed out some numbers, the 12. RR
LM, I think the Tri-phibian was a later development.This one doesn't have the floats etc
