each airline has their fare rules and restictions - and often if you take the lowest fare - you loose it if you change or cancel your flight. 1Time has similar rules (and so do many others) - I lost money once because I had to change my flight and I had bought a ticket with restricted rules!.. not their fault but mine because I knew the rules when I bought the ticket!
Its simple - read the fare rules and choose the option that's best for you.
If you want flexability - choose a more expensive ticket that allows you to change your flight.
I'm not a fan of Interlink either, but they are not the only airline with strict cancellation or change rules!
