Okay...Was it a backyard job by a "nobody" or did the person/firm produce anything else of significance? It reminds me of the HC-2 Heli-baby, just a little. How about a disgruntled sacked Czech CZA engineer who thought he could improve on the design with a co-axial arrangement?
