If you fly here, you will never be able to fly for another Chinese Airline unless you (or your new airline) pays the CAAC a fine. That fine amount (as of right now), looks to be in the amount of 1,000,000 Yuan. This way the CAAC can help the Chinese Carriers hold on to thier pilots.
Imagine if any Chinese pilot could switch airlines.......this is how they stop it. Anyway, you and I fall under the same umbrella and there is nothing we can do about it.
This is the stuff WASINC and the others wont tell you about. They will say they know nothing but that is a lie.
