(vii) Navigation;
(viii) Emergency operations;
(ix) Special operations; and
(x) Postflight procedures
Oh yeah - that looks like a bone-fide set of qualifications that an operator would look for, doesn't it?????
No mention of Offshore experience, total hours, hours in command, multi-engine turbine time, Instrument Rating......no, just the ability to hover, take off and navigate.....
