Currently easy (excuse the pun) to get to BFS and probably the scottish bases. More difficult to LGW and very difficult to LPL and LTN. D
It depends on rank as newly promoted captains are forced (offered an opportunity to move) into the new bases so will have a request to move back down south. LGW is expanding so still option to move there but LTN and LPL pretty stable at present.
