www.flightattendants.org. The members there are American mostly, and there is a section for Virgin America where you could message one of the crew privately. I know the cap out rate is $27 per flight hour, they do bid for flying and are awarded flying or reserve by seniority like all other North American carriers. That is the most I know about them. Like a lot of start up carriers in the US, they are told not to post on blogs, facebook, etc. by their management so most of them are very careful about what they write. Good luck!
