It is these Crappy Little Embraers that have successfully slot filled in place of those even Airbus that try to fly the same slot sectors 1/8 full. This is economies of scale and the Embraers operating for mainline have actually extended the life of some routes and the associated staff employment.
bmi problem - no effective marketing outside the M25. There is no reach to get the bmi brand known to the UK people. The success or failure of bmi defends of effective marketing.... and on that note, a recent visit to Aberdeen and they are still advertising bmi to Mumbai.... what a joke.
We are all one company regardless of the divisions and differing fleets operated, all trying to save the SAME company. All this 'us and them' in fighting as shamefull.
