ASA only publish the fuel info they are given. If the fuel company didn't advise them ........
Also in any case, as a general principle if requiring fuel somewhere, despite information being published, it is pilot responsibility to call ahead to establish the current status. NOTAMs are not normally issued regarding fuel matters.
