I'd have to disagree with you on this. You can pass or fail it therefore it is a test.

one definition of a test is ''Any standardized procedure for measuring sensitivity or memory or intelligence or aptitude or personality.''

I would, however, agree that you should not try to cheat it. Be honest. Companies are obviously investing in psychometric type testing for a reason. If you somehow answer it how you think NATS would like it answered and pass, you may be found wanting later on in selection. Worse, at Bournemouth. Worse still, and this could have safety implications.
