IF someone had that type of money and wanted to kill the speculation then let them do it and be public about it so everyone is aware, has he done it ?
Promises are worth zilch as only when the cash is in the bank is it believable, you may believe in your personal comments that its being nasty BUT sadly as experience has shown it is reality as investors find reason after reason not to go ahead.
