Side tracking I know but it's great listening to the banter on the radio when you are just being towed from one bay to an outer and you know you are going to be last in any queue - relax and enjoy housewifes choice.....
As for a queue number same trying to get my visa renewed recently - "Go to desk 3", for the ticket number no for the start of an experience la.... 5 trips later
