VS could then stop all ops from MAN and GLA which are both currently served by BD, saving themselves money by not flying from the regions with their own metal.
Another problem with that is none of the destinations served by VS from MAN and GLA are served by VS from LHR ... by the time you fly to LHR and go round the M25 to Gatwick to make your connections to Orlando or Barbados you could be halfway over the Atlantic on a non-stop flight
