Change the name back
First stage of recovery - change the brand identity back to something more familiar to the public. 'British Midland' had history and meaning and status. The rot set in when BMI was adopted. I'm not harping on about any 'good ol days' as I've never been employed by them but why change something that worked??
BMI REGIONAL is easily identifiable and so is BMI Baby and means something. I've seen bmi (in the same blue and font) on the back of waste disposal trucks up and down the country and thought, have they ventured into new territory?? Even 'flybmi' would have been better written on the fuselage. I hate Flybe with all my being but give it to them, their identity is clear and it works.
