I have to say staff at CWL coped very well during the disruption the other night. To put in perspective that there was a tech flybe poistioning out plus the WW2333 had a technical problem, offloaded then re-boarded 30 mins later all around the same period i would say it was a very smooth operation.
I would imagine that pax figure arrived after 17:00 when it started kicking off was almost double to what we were expecting i would say 100% to all staff involved.
*** Addition a Eastern Airways (ABZ) and Air France (AT7) in the afternoon approx 13:00.
It was a pleasure to deal with the crews of the diverted aircraft who were all very pleasant, and hoped they found their handling satisfactory.
