There are some really good local guys in the system, both at OMAA and the ACC, but until the 'Dirty Duo' get their comeuppance not much will change.
The emeratis have a saying in relation to oil: My father had a camel, I have a car, my son will have an aeroplane and his son will have a camel.
It is difficult for idiots like kooki to comprehend that without professional expat input he will have a camel sooner rather than later. His father would understand but he is too arrogant and stupid.
