It would be a great save by the CAA to hang on to Berlin as a weekend destination next summer coupled with it being a capital destination served from Cork. If Air Berlin could be successfully courted on this one it would nearly justify the CAA's existence at a stroke. Shame to have the likelihood of another European capital going from the Cork portfolio following on from Prague and Budapest. Such a prodigious route to be on the verge of going after nearly four years.
