They don't have one, but he means, if they had one... it would not be restricted to UK citizens. The only thing that could restrict it would be that you need a work permit for the UK/EU, but it doesn't mean you have to be a National.

It comes to the same really. program is open to UAE nationals, not necessarily people from Abu Dhabi...
Anyway i think thats not true. Its just not advertised on the website yet, just says that the UAE program is still open. Its always been there anyway. The international program's been on and off the website so we never know.
