That was such a fantastic post flying fox! And so true.
I hate to think that a few bad eggs at QF would be able to ruin our image.
I am a regional FA and have to admit that I give the best service possible. And so does everyone at my work. I dont really know what the service is like at mainline, but I can honestly say that every single FA at my company wouldnt dream of giving bad service to a pax.
